Studio Standards

These are the non-negotiables that govern every "Field Note" and "Collective Briefing":

1. Commitment to Lifelong Learning: Our first and most vital standard. We are a studio of perpetual research, documenting the "Quiet Shift" from curiosity to mastery.

2. The Priority of the Prerequisite: We do not move to I.E.E. until Step 0 is complete. Groundwork is the foundation of all focused play.

3. Visual Silence: We subtract until only the essence remains. If a variable does not serve the purpose, it is noise.

4. The Facilitator’s Distance: We observe more than we intervene. We trust the architecture we have built.

5. Tactile Mastery: We prioritise physical anchors over digital noise. Mastery is found in the hands.
